Legacy Gathering System

  • Located within Harrison, Panola and Rusk Counties in Texas and Caddo Parish in Louisiana
  • Provides gathering and compression services on approximately 100,000 dedicated acres
  • Access to seven downstream markets including connections to the Azure Midstream Panola processing complex, providing producers a full suite of gathering and processing services and superior delivery capability
  • Approximately 665 miles of high- and low-pressure gathering lines ranging from 12" to 20" in diameter
  • 12,235 BHP of field compression
  • Gathers production from the Cotton Valley, Haynesville and Travis Peak formations


ETG System

  • Located within Nacogdoches, Panola, San Augustine and Shelby Counties in Texas and De Soto Parish in Louisiana
  • Provides gathering, treating and processing services on approximately 336,000 dedicated acres
  • 1.75 Bcf/d of market access through four interconnects with major interstate pipelines
  • Two amine treating plants with a combined capacity of 350 MMcf/d
  • The Fairway Plant provides liquids processing capacity of 5 Mmcf/d
  • Approximately 256 miles of high pressure gathering pipeline
  • Gathers production from the Haynesville Shale, Bossier Shale, and James Lime formations


Tyler System

  • Located near Woodville, TX
  • Cryogenic processing plant with operating capacity of 80 MMcf/d
  • NGL pipeline with 10,000 Bbls/d takeaway capacity
  • Compression: 4,640 BHP
  • Provides processing services for Austin Chalk and Eaglebine natural gas production

Wildcat Facility

  • 3 transloaders currently deployed and operational in Carbon County, Utah (targeting the Uinta basin)
